What data we process

The scope depends on how you use the site:

• Browsing without an account: we store no personal data. Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) activate only with your consent — see the Cookie policy.
• If you create an account: your e-mail address, optionally your name and profile picture from Google or Facebook sign-in, and your language preference.
• If you save events: the list of saved track days with their status (Want to go / Booked / Cancelled) and your notification settings.

Purposes and legal basis

Account data is processed to provide the service (sign-in, your personal event list, e-mail notifications you enable) — the legal basis is performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Visitor statistics are processed based on your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Recipients and processors

Data is stored and processed with these providers:

• Neon (database, EU region)
• Vercel (web hosting)
• Resend (e-mail delivery: sign-in links and notifications)
• Google (Google sign-in, Google Analytics — only with consent)
• Meta (Facebook sign-in)

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. You can delete it anytime in settings — this irreversibly removes all your data including saved events.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). To exercise your rights, contact info@smal.dev.
